bar_caleb_fucking_logan.limit>=1 = after you approve Caleb the value will change to 2 and it should trigger again (disapprove will change the value to -1 and you will not see that scene again)
The event is random so maybe you just get bad luck.
If you have some problems with winning the contest by Xeroth or by other lizard husbando here are the events that will give you points to your lizards, the best way is to go to all of them it might be hard at first but it is possible, there is a shortcut that will help you

You need an axe from Blake. If not that then maybe starting Logan's "More Oakwood" quest might unlock the option in the Forest. If not those two then perhaps you're just having a mighty case of bad luck draws. It's random anyway so just keep looking around the forest.

You can get a Black heart when you spar/fight with him and then boost his lust then you get 3 options: Frotting, bottom mc, and anal (which is coloured in red), if you choose the latter then you get a black heart and huge relationship damage.
I have a question i want to know: Which enemies and NPCs can be tamed (/captured) in the latest version? And which lure is required to tame (/captured) them ?
The ratkins, werewolves, lizardmen, Roushk, Bernard and Logan so far, the former 3 you can get them anytime, with their respective lures (Rodent, Wolf and Reptile), the latter requires specific events, for Roushk you lure him with reptile lures and then beat him phisically or sexually, for Logan/Bernard you only need to find them in the wolves' den then beat them in any way possible.

Did you speak with Caleb about Logan after the first glory hole with them? You should get the option "approve" or "disapprove"
I remember something like that, so which one should I choose? By the way, I seem to have chosen approve, is that right?

Did you encourage Logan to go to the bandit camp? Cuz Logan isn't available in the ww event if you do. That's the only thing I think would cause that.

There's only one variant in this update for the Tank scene, so it might not trigger based on your relationship (dom or sub) with him.

What are bad endings? I lost a few fights but so far they were all re-do-able.
From FAQ: Jelly, Troll, Corrupted Lizard, Corrupted Roushk Fight, Rhot Fight (bad lizard ending only), Alpha WW, WW Logan, Raptor, Vicoria, Tar Being, Orc Brute, Matriarch Hornet seduce option.

To get the second heart of Ste you must choose option 3 after finishing the path to his farm, only then will you get 2 and later you can get 3

You can get a Black heart when you spar/fight with him and then boost his lust then you get 3 options: Frotting, bottom mc, and anal (which is coloured in red), if you choose the latter then you get a black heart and huge relationship damage.
I have a question i want to know: Which enemies and NPCs can be tamed (/captured) in the latest version? And which lure is required to tame (/captured) them ?
The ratkins, werewolves, lizardmen, Roushk, Bernard and Logan so far, the former 3 you can get them anytime, with their respective lures (Rodent, Wolf and Reptile), the latter requires specific events, for Roushk you lure him with reptile lures and then beat him phisically or sexually, for Logan/Bernard you only need to find them in the wolves' den then beat them in any way possible.
How can I unlocked the new tank scene? I tried but nothing happened

you can restart or bring an old save from 0.34. but no need to worry since that one is apparently mostly for flavor without actual consequences
Ooo.. I thought it will heavily affect the story. Hence, the irreversible decision. Still thanks though
