I have soap in my inventory (I figure that helps?) and have fed Scrap every food I've found until he stops liking me more for it, so I'm not sure how to get any more likes with him if that's the problem.
have you had him have an encounter with the rat king/chosen whether to snitch or lie to the rat king about scrap? also have you had a conversation about scrap being more like the other rats or being more human? plus yes you need soap and i believe one more item, but the game will tell you that one when you get to that point. plus doing the like thing is a great idea due to it helping him like you more! so if you've done all these i can try and do a new save and find out the exact steps and tell you.

ok since im guessing you wanna get the piece from the young witch, that is done by getting the egg from the corrupted ruins in the swamp, you first need the quest from witch to get this random event though.
You could raise the libido and submit to the wolves that raises both the ass and mouth experience and when your reputation with them is positive enough(I think 40) there's another sequence that does the same as well that raises your experience like crazy with those two, with cock I'd say tease the ratkin to the max and they'll ride you and that gives cock experience

Blake: at the forge choosing "Watch" gives you one option, if you have at least 13 of strenght and 50 or more of libido you have another option. There is another one with Arion if you convince him to get horseshoes from Blake (you need to have aphrodisiac in your inventory).
Ste: when he visits you at home choose to cook for him, invite Korg to join you and use aphrodisiac.
dam.. didnt know about aphrodisiac, can it trigger again? didnt have it in inventory.. dont know if i even had cook at home option, i got just picnic option
Aphrodisiac can be crafted. For trigger cooking options I think you have to do camping tutorial at one of the dungeons (search for the campfire icon) and then go to Bareshade Tavern and talk with Harold and Madeleine about cooking.
unless you build the stables you dont keep it, you can encounter the event again if you wanna get the horse though. thats how it worked for me since i also didnt build the stables my first time XP
thats the road expansion to make it so ste can visit bareshade and we can visit ste without needing the cave and you go to the area before the bridge with the troll at the times the event states. also people involved in that are logan lenny and some others
you free ste by freeing korg then going back to viccoria's cave and asking about her new prisoner then either fighting her or getting someone else to screw her in exchange. arion, use arion but be honest.
I will give you a trick that is legal, this is the energy drink potion, every time you have to leave the state, rest 900 minutes, take it, that serves to get rid of fatigue with that you can continue cutting / mining
Craft and use lures. The more lures you use, the more chances to tame them. Then defeat them via knocking their health or lust.
Some animals are tamed in a certain way. Specifically the dog, wolf, and horse.
The dog can be tamed by feeding him meat (req. meat in your inventory). He only appears at random and can only feed him once per encounter. He'll be tamed if you fed him enough.
The wolf's the same as the dog, but with a few more steps. You'll find the wolf in the wolf's den during daytime with him badly wounded. Treat his wounds and feed him enough meat to tame him.
The horse is the easiest as it is literally given to you. When you go to the river's bank for the first time and roam around, you'll encounter the merchant with 3 horses he somehow found with no owner. He'll only give and let you choose one horse;
1.) A strong stallion
2.) A fast stallion
3.) A mare (Female Horse)
Oh, and one more thing. You must first build a prison, stable, and dog house to tame them. Otherwise, you won't tame them.

Don't rest in the house, just enter and leave the house on the specified time until the event starts. You can rest when it's 20:00 to start over again the next day. Entering randomly triggers the event and it will prompt you to snoop or leave as the door is open and Ste isn't there to greet you like usual.
EDIT: Oh and one more thing I guess, I don't know if this matters but if the event doesn't trigger after entering and leaving the house, make sure time passes a bit, either wait in the gloryhole, check playground or wander around before going back into the house.
Like this: "Enter House" (If event doesn't start) > "Leave" > "Wander Around" or "Wait in Gloryhole" or "Check Playground" (I suggest the playground since it's just 15 minutes passing and without enemies) >"Enter House" again. Repeat until the event starts.
It's a bit random, especially with the time. Keep going in or out of Ste's house and it will prompt you to snoop/sneak around or leave. It's when Ste doesn't greet you on entry.

The problem is that the barrel crash is a random event, which exasperates me because I can't get enough information on how to unleash a possibility of the same happening.
You just need to finish the werewolf event( having chosen to go after Logan ) and go to the Inn at night, try going in and out since that doesn't advance the clock and you can do it until the event happens

Nope no hearts for him yet, but you can love potion with him.
The one other thing there is that you can get him to go to the fair once you've opened it up to invitations.
Oh I forgot another - he has a few scenes with Commander Everett too! These are also repeatable.

are you sure you are trying to meet acolytes at right places? because i got them triggered all of them in like 5 minutes
