IMPORTANT INFO

Save files won’t work, so if you have one you still need to start the game from the beginning.

I’m working on resolving that issue for future updates.

UPDATE 0.2.2 (Some bug fixes)

PART 1: CONTENT

  • 2 new areas in the forest:
    • Pond
    • Abandoned Hut

– those can be found on days 3+

  • 3 new enemies:

    • Werewolf – after finishing a certain quest he starts to appear in the Forest Area and there is a chance to meet this creature in the Abandoned Hut

    • Nymph – she lives near the Pond and she is more interested in having fun. But make her angry and she can really make you regret that.

    • Blue Jelly – you may want to be careful around that thing. It’s not easy to defeat.

    • Few new recipes that can be learned. With that comes few new resources and new items.

    • Few pieces of equipment. Not really much, just few things to experiment.

    • Several new quests. Some of them can be repeated after few days from finishing.

PART 2: MECHANICS

I decided to add some new stats and make some of the old stats more visible.

  • Enemies’ attitude:

So this was already implemented before, but I decided to improve this mechanic. In the profile screen there is a new button which leads you to a new section – Reputation.

There you can find some information about enemies you encountered. At first you can only see the attitude of the enemies towards you, but with every fight you gather more and more information. It will be easier to figure out where certain enemies appear or what items you can find after a combat.

  • Orientation and position:

Now the game ‘tries’ to learn what do you like. Those stats start in the middle, so the beginning is the same for everyone.

If you are submitting more than dominating then the character will be more on the bottom side which leads to specific scenes in certain situations. The same goes with being a top.

Similar situation is with orientation. If you are having fun with women as a male it will influence the chance for an encounter with women characters (it only works with enemies like bandits, which can appear as both male and female).

  • Naughty experience:

Those are minor stats, but have some influence on what can happen. Some scenes will take into consideration how experienced you are when it comes to naughty stuff, which can unlock additional description.

  • Taking a job:

With more quests added I wanted to make it easier to navigate between them. Now you can actually see what quests the person has with a short description and the prize you’re gonna get from them.

PART 3: VISUAL ASPECTS

It’s still the worst part of the whole project. Unfortunately my skills when it comes to this topic are limited.

I was able to make some improvements – some screens changed or were moved to different locations. There are now bars in fight with health and libido, so it’s not only a number anymore. I added some new windows like Reputation or Quests.

With one of the creatures comes the first sketch. It’s only a placeholder, I hope to get some proper representation in the future.

PART 4: BALANCE

The game evolves and sometimes I make a big changes. I still didn’t implement all the mechanics I wanted, so balancing isn’t really my priority here.

  • Some of the recipes changed, even the basic ones. Red Berries are now used less often, more of the recipes need Red Pulp which is made from Red Berries.

  • I tried to work with the costs of items and the amount of coins you can earn. Potions are not so expensive anymore, on the other hand equipment and services are more costly.

FINAL WORDS

I’m trying to find a compromise between working on core mechanic, visual aspect and new content. Even if there isn’t a lot of new things on the first sight, there was a lot of polishing and implementing in the code itself.

There may be some bugs and glitches, I'll be fixing them if I find or you report any.
